They can only be returned if placed in the original box the mattress was shipped in. Most people, myself included, probably discard the box after setup, so if something happened, I wouldn’t be able to return it and would have to buy a new one. Without the original box, the warranty is void, but since they’re just a little over $200 on Amazon, it’s not a big deal but if someone is strapped for cash, they might be cursing themselves for not storing the box in a closet.

Or you can buy a new mattress & used the plastic & box from the NEW  mattress to wrap up the other mattress you want to return 🙄

That’s always a possibility for anyone willing to go through the hassle of wrestling with a mattress to get it inside the bag and back into the box.

I have no idea what RLC was thinking. They are basically the exact opposite of what RLC needs and just take up space. What a load of crap.

I’m probably naive but I didn’t know mattresses even came like that. Last one I bought was not made to fold up, I tied to the roof of my car to get it home.  
‘When they originally rejected the one they had, it would probably have been ok to keep anyhow. He is such a doofus I guess he couldn’t live with it.

They are memory foam mattresses. I first discovered one on Amazon, and not wanting to spend $1,000 or more on a new bed, I went for the bed-in-a-box option. The only downside is that you have to assemble it yourself, which can be time-consuming unless two or more people help with the process. Once the mattress is firmly on the bedframe, it’s recommended to let it expand for 6 to 8 hours before using it. In total a bedframe with headboard and a mattress are about $350 to $400 range. Not too bad for something made for sleeping compared to $1000 or more for a regular bedframe and mattress, the memory foam option is bargain with significant savings. They are very comfortable.

Y a t'il un spécialiste des matelas qui pourrait  dire pourquoi ces deux la sautent et marche sur le matela qui est posé dans le salon avvant de peu etre un jour le mattre sur le lit ??   Ils doivent venir d'une autre planète c'est pas autrement possible 🤣

Apparently that mattress has quite a personality for Rex, maybe he should make a hole in the middle so he can give it a turn,

Is there a mattress specialist who could say why these two jump it and walk on the mattress that is placed in the living room before maybe one day the mattress on the bed?? They must come from another planet it's not possible otherwise 🤣

I think trying to understand logic from someone like this is futile. So much is unexplainable based on common sense as we know it, but I think you are right, but I would refer to it as living in an altered reality. Our physics does not apply to his world. 😁
