It looks as if everything is back to normal and everyone is living in harmony just from appearances. But, I'm pretty sure Sayn rented an apartment and is still moving out. I think Elli manifested this situation where Sayn moves out, Leech guy gets his own "Van down by the river" and she continues this triangular relationship. I think she is making Sayn re-interview for his job in a sense as well. I am positive they are fully aware of the windfall they have coming their way so now things are getting silly. My level of interest in this apartment is waning quickly and am only mildly interested in seeing the conclusion... if there is one! 1

So if i read this correctly, it suggests that Elli would become a single tenant, and Sayn and Leech are just her Fuck Buddies from now on. So she's in no actual relationship. Would actually be the best decision as i see it....
