Who said she left the project. Her belongings are still there and she said herself she is going on vacation

No, she cleared everything out.  It's a furnished apartment, so the stuff you're seeing belongs to the apartment.  Maybe she left her painting as a gift for the next occupant.

Yep 48 hours UM then closed the apartment and waiting two months for the new tenant 🤣

But why putting it 48 hrs under maintenance when they could close it immediately simply disconnecting the cameras?

They probably don't have a Olga/Svetlana in Montenegro, so they shut off the cams for a cleaner to come in.

It could also be that after cleaning there is already a new tennant ready to settle in there.

It took a few days for Angie to arrive after E&F left the project.
