Perhaps also making clear the moment "She" starts talking negatively about Kaya, that he doesn't like people badmouthing his ex?... Could have prevented a lot of drama... Or maybe (wildly speculating here again) he doesn't like Kaya being in the project (perhaps why they broke up, as HotWivesRock suggested?...), and tries to stir up trouble between Kaya & the other tenants in order to manipulate her into leaving RLC as soon as possible?... Edit: or something in between: he just let "She" talk without acknowledging he didn't like it, then briefed Kaya because he wants her to leave RLC?...

On her Birthday, on Xmas day, her supposed 'Friends' wait until they have her Ex alone, to pile on and tell him deliberately, that she is a shithouse and this and that..... Why? Ok, Kaya has faults for sure and can alienate people......But she is fun loving and wants to get along with all. Then, she finds that not only have her 'Friends' totally stabbed her in the back ON HER BIRTHDAY, but done it to her true love. Soon as they are out the house, they let her have it. It's a wild speculation I admit, but not impossible, depending on how eager he is to get Kaya to leave RLC (or if), and how manipulative (or even untruthful?) he is willing to be to achieve this... I'm still not ruling out this possibility. But it looks bad, I agree.

Hopefully she will be gone soon anyway if I'm told correctly but things can change of course and hopefully she WILL depart in the next 5 to 8 weeks ...which is too fucking long.
