This is a fair point. I can't remember Neyt every having drama with anyone before (well, Massimo I guess, but they still coexisted just fine after she got mad at him). Kaya, on the other hand has only been there for 5 or 6 weeks and has already had major blowups with Aya, Brianna and Neyt (& maybe Nani?). There's definitely a bit of a pattern emerging.

Hopefully, it doesn't continue and they work things out because I like how lively and social Kaya is. The party last night seemed great from the little I got to see of it. The hiding less so. That stuff annoys me, but a number of excellent tenants have done that once, so I won't criticize her too much unless that also becomes a pattern.

This whole situation on this forum reminds me a bit of Chris and Karma and how people react here  😏
