Why should RLC pay the rent for a business it doesn’t own. They should pay RLC. But I think you’re right, it probably doesn't matter.

If anything, I reckon RLC would encourage participants to bring business to the residencies especially clients when paying for sex like for example Dayana & Neyt (at least) as I'm certain they both get paid to undress for clients on cam.
