I don’t say that she’s making something up , i say that if it was indeed something really really “ out of rules “ , it would have been deleted . From what I understood of what she told Neytiri, she was at a bar/club with her friends and started feeling incredibly out of it/drunk. She thought maybe her drink had been spiked. Her friend was supposed to help her get home because she was so out of it that she didn't feel safe getting home on her own. She said that he knew that she wasn't interested in him sexually. She said said she barely remembered anything of what happened. There are lots of ways to take advantage of someone without physically forcing them. It is also quite normal for assaults to go unreported, and I imagine that's even more true when the victim isn't in the country legally.

Maybe she was making that all up the next day for some reason. But maybe not. From what I saw of it, she was obviously very, very drunk at the least.

She was off for sure , indeed totally wasted . But my experience has shown me that when you try to “ force “ it to a woman , she will moan , move left and right , show that it isn’t what she wants , it somehow works self protective if I can say so . Not to move , just open the legs and do whatever , this is like someone is unconscious or under narcosis and doesn’t have a clue . 
 

I think she was moving and reacting that night , whatever happened before it shows also the kind  of friends she has that didn’t help her or supported her . But we have also seen tow or threes times already that when she and Simonne came back from clubbing / from a bar , they have had already conflicts and twice they have slept separately . So , it is an issue that she has when she goes out and she should think better for herself .
