He is new school . It is the generation without having learned what communication is . It is the generation that doesn’t know how to write with a pencil and they don’t know how to use writing skills . An emoji saves them and makes their stupidity bigger 😂😂

It is a pity though that the attention and the discussion is centered to a troll who ruins the topic , with me being of course the first to blame , giving value to an absolute piece of garbage . So , he got his attention to feel special , he can now go and parade  and say that he has managed to make the topic of a forum instead of speaking for the tenants , speak about her ( or him 😎) .
