Because Gelia was the first tenant to use it since B4 came online 8 years ago.  A little strange that no one else uses it if it's not forbidden.

And on the one occasion that a guest used it back in 2018, RLC deleted it from the Replay.

What would there even be to delete?
I don’t think Gelia is a psycho and would outright break rules. Could it be the rule is not clearly stated or is word of mouth?
And why has RLC not stopped her then? I’m not arguing with what you said, but I’m trying to understand.
