RLC probably only cares about events that can threaten their business, particularly with authorities.  Showing violence appears to cross that line.

I can see keeping Lev as an employee when it comes to behind the scenes. Maybe not hosting parties, but who knows. Maybe restocking toilet paper and a driver.  I suspect he works for peanuts and know the job really well. Also, when Bog’s cousin got run-off after the Lilith incedent he did come back, once maybe twice as I recall? 

Obviously after all these years he gets an apartment and girlfriend but he has probably burned that bridge, but who even knows?  They might personally really like Lev or even be related to him, and he may pull off a Hail Mary and stay?

Taking so much time to do it , it shows how much of an asset Masha was for RLC and the “ money “ it was bringing to the company . I believe we can say for sure after all this time , Masha’s departure hurt RLC , many things seemed connected , ex or current tenants visiting her , she would annually go to Barcelona , I even believe she was in talks with RLC “ high seats “ people . Of course , the endless exposure of new people on cameras , literally you never knew if a person seen at Masha’s might one day make their official debut as tenants , it has been “ free talent discovery “ for RLC . Masha gave many things to RLC but also she made a lot with RLC’s money . Both parts lost of this ended partnership .

Lev lives in Barcelona many years but it hasn’t been easy , there are some background stories that can’t be revealed here and in a way , if studied thoroughly , might explain his anger explosion ( which of course , no matter what , I totally disagree obviously ) . Let’s see how it goes , if RLC /XLIFE fires him , I also believe he remains in the background role we used to know him .
