I don't know for which reason Lev and Vanya were fighting, but I am afraid one of them or maybe both will be fired from the projects.

If someone leaves the project because of this is Lev. Vanya was attacked by him while he just wanted to help Nikol. 

Lev was very mad about all this and from what I have seen, the only thing that happened was Nikol and Feya sharing a shower. Maybe he was mad because she was hanging out with those guys.

I don't think Lev's anger was directly directed at Vanya. I think Feya and Vanya mainly wanted to help Nikol and try to bring Lev back down to earth, but Lev wasn't in a state to do so. Ringing the doorbell after he slammed the door shut on them was the last straw for Lev

Not only that, but Lev told him something pointing his finger. Maybe something like "Back off, leave us alone".

Yeah, it was staying there to help Nikol that made Lev even more angry.

Feya and Vanya are friends of Nikol's, so it's normal that they were there to help her, especially since Lev wasn't exactly in his right mind.

You never know what someone might do when they're angry, especially when that person is usually calm, smiling, and friendly with everyone.
