You should listen  at my work,  since we've had a professional exterminator on staff who uses the staff room no one dares to take fruit from the bin anymore. Sometimes it seems like I know a lot about rats but I know little about it..that guy just keeps chatting  😁

Well there is something.. the 2-1 cam keeps seeing something when you watch the replay, maybe the Ney ghost that opened the front door last week is still there 😁

I agree with the previous comment this is a villa so it will need to be professionally handled.  Its serious because these little gray guys carry disease.  When I had a problem with them it was a apt. so I did it myself because my partner she wanted no part of that business!  RLC is a lousy owner its there responsibility to hire professionals to handle this health issue.  They could get shut down if the authorities find out!
