Did any of you ever stop and think that perhaps the OWNER of the condo has finally had enough of the complaints of various reasons brought on over the years? Maybe Mr Puta was complaining about the cows barking 🤔

Well done to RLC for closing B1, which was rat-free and to instead keep B4 where there's more rats than residents. Fucking unbelievable decision no matter what the reason is why B2 closed.

I think they need to shut down and deal with the disease in The Villa that keeps making the female residents become FAT for 9 months

or they get rid of this apartment to rent/buy a new one somewhere else, the good days of B1 are years behind us so I have no problem with it, it's just an apartment

Uncharted waters for RLC , uncharted waters for the viewers . Apartments that have been crucial for RLC closing , tenants moving after nearly 10 years living in their “ home “ . 
 

Linda and Tibor with a new place after 9 years with the most possible scenario their previous apartment shutting down for good . And THE END for B1 , some historic changes by RLC .. B1 = LEGENDARY APARTMENT with tenants and moments that DEFINED THE PROJECT .

Fucking needs to as unfortunately even I can see there's more life in a cemetery than in both B4 and B7 put together. They need to offload at least one of them that's for sure. I'd rather see a smaller RLC with all beds taken and a decent clubhouse with a nice looking pool and facilities than the shit we are seeing right now ...B7 pool looks more like a fucking death pit and B4 is now home to rats ...I mean wtf RLC wake the fuck up and save some money by offloading one fo the clubhouses and then use part of the money saved to make improvements at thde other clubhouse.

And will you still be saying this when they never replace it like the 6 apartments they lost/ditched in 2024/25 but are still charging you the same price

I couldn't care a fuck now that it's closed but I'm just surprised they closed it given that it was the first apartment they opened in Barce ...I thought it would remain forever with RLC and as the crown jewel apartment for the project being the first Spanish one. Many great memories from this apartment over the years though ...I'll always have those memories thankfully.

Cant have that. B7 has a mysterious virus going about that makes the girls become super fat for a period of time. There's already 3 victims fallen ill with this strange illness. Just think about about the damage that adding more host to become victim to this parasite would cause
