There have been other “ local Barcelona “ tenants the recent years and they weren’t “ active “ so as to bring people they know there so we can see new faces and ultimately whatever on cameras , from clickbait as you mention to full action and anything .

 

What keeps apartments Interesting after a certain time that we know the tenants , it is the appearance of new faces and waiting for anything to happen . Kaya ( and Gelia ) are the TOP tenants currently of this .
