If you look at her demeanor the past several months, she diminished her bating extensively. It went from 5x/week to 2x/week.  My guess its a combination of a well worn vagina, "getting too old for this shit" mentality, and I also think she's irritated either what is written on CC or she is irritated with RLC.  Also, sometimes they would have sex in the living room or Paul's room - that hasn't happened in many, many months.
 
She is tired and pissed. She remains loyal to Paul. But she could be coming to the realization she needs more out of life than staying home all day with an occasional bate.  In fact, saying she has been depressed the past few months may have some truth.
