This couple visited last week.  Adeline gave the girl a tour.  The guy had little interest in the tour.  The girl seems to be a friend of Adeline.  They have left for the beach or a pool.

IMO, tourists.  

Nearly 200,000 Russian tourist arrivals in Montenegro in 2024, the majority go to Budva and the area around it..
