For Harley, she is clearly infatuated with Brandon.  She's getting some out-of-the apartment  attention and  dick.  Not sure the feeling is mutual. Initially, looks like Brandon just wants to fuck, masqueraded with various signs of romance and caress.   It would ne nice for Harley to be treated with respect (unlike previous dude).

For the past 3 days, I think the 'drained' count is Brandon 5, Harley 4 (as of this writing).  I think Harley is sore, which is why she would rather be of service than be serviced.
 
Of course I know neither personally, but Brandon gives off the vibe that he will take advantage of her infatuation with him until she tires of him (could be three weeks, could me 3+ months).

I don’t think Brandon  has any trouble getting laid. His job means he meets a ton of women, and probably teaches many, perhaps as individuals or maybe even groups sometimes.  That’s just speculation of course. 

So, he could genuinely like Harley. But it’s also a very uncomplicated relationship.

Being the hopeless romantic, I would like to respectfully disagree with you. I have not been on RLC for long, but I have seen Brandon with Aya many times. I have seen him with Jen, and I have seen him with the redhead (DAMN I keep on forgetting her name!!). But to me this is different. Just before he "left" the project they became involved, and they were infatuated with each other. And he even came back from where ever he was (some people said Ukraine/Russia). They cannot keep their hands off each other, not to mention the kissing. And it has been a number of days. In B7 girls like Brianna and Kaya clearly had the hots for him. If he was an operator, he would have serviced them 😁
