Parent worked or was gone a lot leaving Olivia the task of raising Uly. Because of this they grew VERY CLOSE and spent a lot of time alone. Teaching learning educating one another. Most likely Olivia started to blossom and maybe learned things from her friends and then started teaching Uly about sex.
