In my opinion , things in the villas have improved because we got more “ freedom spirit and mind “ tenants ( yes , the ones that many here characterize as sluts 😂 or whatever stupidities because they have stuck their thoughts in life back in the 50s or 60s and 70s ) . 
 

Nelly and Bogdan have left the “ on screen “ presence but CLEARLY Bogdan is STILL the Head Of The Table or let’s say the person that  stands as the “ mean “ between RLC Management and the tenants . We see him occasionally at the villas , the last days even more doing some things of maintenance . 

I don’t think i speak nuclear science 😂 when I believe that the majority agree that during his presence and STILL being around , Barcelona RLC hub has reached low bottom . Where to start and where to finish ? Beds that can’t be filled for months ( NEVER EVER in RLC history Barcelona had such a problem ) , apartments lost ( B1 , perhaps the most iconic apartment together with still online B2 ) , tenants that simply are paid to sleep , wake up , leave the apartment , return , repeat ( NEVER EVER in such big percentage that’s what I mean - Astra , Roxa and the two apartments with Ulyana and Harley and the sisters ) , a rats infection and parade in the villas NEVER EVER seen before and RLC doing ZERO serious thing ( calling a professional disinfection company ) to protect its tenants . 
 

Guess what ? All this mentioned above happened and STILL happen with Bogdan not visible on cameras but ALWAYS there as we see . We agree in our thoughts mentioning the same problems , in my opinion , Barcelona hub problems have multiplied because of the launch of XLife project which takes resources that I simply think should be directed to RLC and not for a site / protect / idea that I can’t even believe that people would will to pay ( that’s why I honestly believe they use it as a “ laundry “ business ) . 
 

Always happy enjoying the talks with you , wish it was same level with many people here 😇. Summer temperatures hit more than normal the last days of April , so , beach days have been and “ skin lobster “ color has already been applied 😂😂

Where are her friends ? Where is her life ? Where is her socializing  skills that she seems she handles excellently for the amount of time she’s out of the apartment ? I am totally against becoming a Leora and spending 50% of the day on her bed , but if she was half of what Amirel is for example , I wouldn’t obviously rant . 
 

I ALWAYS dislike tenants that feels they “ milk “ RLC business and intermediately , the subscribers . Are we paying watching a girl that she lives in Barcelona and we see her daily dressing nice and sexy but we NEVER see a slight part of her life on cameras ? Why is it so difficult for RLC to get girls like Amirel in B2 ? Simple , normal , funny , with her craziness and unpredictability , exactly the type of girls that i believe DESERVE to be a RLC ( Barcelona ) tenant .

Then we can NOT complain that girls like Liora , Ulyana , Zabava to name a few will not do even more when girls like Astra are getting paid the SAME amount of money and enjoy the same benefits with the girls mentioned . Why the rest of the girls expose themselves and face whatever criticism and someone that just does zero life exposure things are having the same benefits ? 
 

I always believed that one of the reasons that the “ quality “ in Barcelona reduced the last nearly 2 years had to do with the girls realizing that simply doesn’t worth to do much and be equalized with girls who do the bare minimal . The results speak for themselves . The MOST alive apartment , full of parties and guests , new people on cameras and crazy moments ( B5 ) is inhabited by two lesbians that have ZERO friends and they are affecting the lives of a couple that APPRECIATE and respect RLC’s choice to give them a room as tenants but they can’t live and make it as they want with those two “ ghosts “ living there.

Same amount of money? Do you know how much they are paid?

I can tell you that girls don’t earn the same amount of money… it has always been and is still like that 😉
Or if they do it’s because they did/show the same things 😉
