True. I think those attracted to 15 to 19 year olds are called ephebephiles or ephebophiles.

Yes, 18 & 19 are included here; a 17 year old looks pretty much like an 18 year old, after all; only difference is 18 & 19 are legal. 16 & 17 too where I live (like much of Europe), but not in the US I think (unless of similar age?). Though they can only do sex work etc.. when 18+. But you're considered old enough to give consent when 16+. Still might get tricky if some parents find out though; they might put pressure on their kid (usually daughter) to claim it wasn't all that consensual after all with that "old guy"... In practice, their sex partners are the same age or not much older.
