It is nice for Azura that she can swap that gloomy B7 hole for B4.. I find B7 the most depressing apartment of all the Barca apartments. 😫

B1 is a big ass building full of many individual apartment/condominiums that are each individually owned. It was spoke about in CC that they(RLC) lost their lease with the owner of the condo. I would mostly guess that the owner became tired of the complaints by the building management.

No the two buildings are not connected. GP/B4 and B7 are two separate houses that are next door to each other. The girls cut between the yards by going over the fence/wall

Well her suitcase is already there but maybe Azura was talking in the past tense given that Barbie is giving the room a deep clean.

 

Brianna's suitcase is now in the hallway, Azura removed it from the wardrobe.

The smaller downstairs bathroom next to whimsy's room is a horrible colour. So grim. Looks like it was build inside a nuclear bunker or something.
