Yeah, somebody else answered too. I knew where B2 is, but wasn't sure how far away B4/B7 are from it. Thanks.

This is the first time that I can remember where Svetlana has cleaned and prepared a bedroom for the next tenant, and not put one or two sets of new towels on the bed 

The towel sets are the best indicator of whether one or two tenants are moving in.  Is the next tenant bringing their own towels?  RLC allows tenants to keep the linens when they leave.  Rarely, tenants have brought their own personal linens.  Radi was perhaps the best example of a tenant doing this.

That means nothing un fortunately... we already saw 2 set of towels and only one tenant arrived... or nobody arrived for more than 1 month despite the towles on the bed... 😉

I set di asciugamani sono il miglior indicatore se uno o due inquilini si stanno trasferendo. Il prossimo inquilino porterà i propri asciugamani? RLC consente agli inquilini di tenere la biancheria quando se ne vanno. Raramente, gli inquilini hanno portato la propria biancheria personale. Radi era forse il miglior esempio di inquilino che faceva questo.

Oppure, il set di asciugamani e’ nell’armadio. E’ gia’ capitato.

B1 is a big ass building full of many individual apartment/condominiums that are each individually owned. It was spoke about in CC that they(RLC) lost their lease with the owner of the condo. I would mostly guess that the owner became tired of the complaints by the building management. 

 

Thanks That the comment I couldn’t find yesterday when I mentioned the old B1 chatter bout the place was being sold. The part about these units being owned by individuals was the connection I was missing in the story.
