It's because Uly is one of the girls that, at used to, thinks this way. Her friends, Harley and Fiora use to go to bathrooms and wear their butt plugs during parties. They used to be masters of bait parties along side with Kristy. 😂

Maybe Astra's enjoy be in lingerie in front of of a clothed woman. She did that with Zoe recently.
