Yeah, I mentioned before that you should not leave in-ground pools empty. There is a lot of pressure pushing on the walls especially if the soil gets saturated and this will permanently damage them or in the worst case it could cave in. Having said that, RLC is obviously cheap and likely thinks even the one pool is under-used, so they don’t want to pay to maintain both. But it’s a huge selling point, both to potential RLC girls they want to hire, and from an investment point of view when they sell it. Right now, it’s looking like an abandoned crack house outside, add a dusting of rats and bats and so if they are having trouble finding girls to fill beds, they should think about this. 1

I remember one year it was the other way around, b4 pool was empty and b7 pool was full. Then finally later on they got the b4 pool cleaned and fixed in time for the summer. 1

More likely ground water will cause it to rise & float causing cracking 1
