My subscription has been broken 3 times due to the bumders at Verotel not autorenewing. Once I paid to start again, I emailed RLC and they honoured all 3 times my full package back. As I said earlier perhaps things have changed regarding the Bonus Pack for newbies or in your case restarting de to the subscription being broken through no fault of your own.
