She told Nancy that traveling home and the transfer was easy (fine or any other similar word) but the last (maybe 2nd) plane was delayed for one and half hours, (as I think she said were others).

The part that I don't understand: Does RLC pay them in cash? And whether they do or not, why is she sitting on so much cash? Don't these people believe in banks?

Where I have seen payments made, it is in cash.

She would need to open an account in a bank in Montenegro.   See descriptions below.  With an accounbt, she could obtain a credit or debit card.  She may have an account, and she may have a debit or credit card.  I would be surprised if she does not have a credit or debit card.  She recently traveled with friends to a Gay Proide event in Tel Aviv.  It would be reckless to go on such a trip with a purse full of euro notes.  As to why she keeps so many euros in her bedroom, perhaps she doesn't fully trust banks, or perhaps she sends or transfers money to family in Russia.  Though it seems that now one physically has to bring the money into Russia.  See:
