The listing states there are five bedrooms on four levels.

It was suspected there could be an occupied space below the level with the three bedrooms.  This space was always off-cam.  So that is probably bedroom #5.  How much fucking went on in there?  Bedroom #4 would be Bogdan and Nelly's bedroom.  The garage is described separately, so I doubt the fifth bedroom is the garage.

No additional bathrooms.  The four bathrooms were on-cam, one being seen from the hallway.

The photos are pre-digital, or very low-resolution digital.

So I went to the listing site, and there are 19 properties for rent in this specific geographic area.  B-7 is not one of them.

 One possible explanation is that this was an artifact listing.  (Which would explain the old photographs, old like 15-20 years old.)  Another explanation is that it is now rented.  A third would be that it is not longer available for rent, and taken off-market.

The listing site is for sales / rentals by owner, not by a real estate agency.  The listing was updated on June 16.  I cannot rule out that a prankster posted this updated listing, which is why ALL the photos are old.  I also searched in the English language, but I think the listing site automatically translates a listing originally posted in Spanish.  Also the property is offered for rental without furniture. Which is a bit surprising.   

B-7 was built over 20 years ago, several years before B-4 was built.  I have always thought the pool was installed after B-4 was built, because a pool located right near the north facade of B-4 would have greatly complicated the construction of B-4.-

Have you tried Google Earth Historical Imagery?  
You should be able to find older satellite photos to a point anyhow. I’ve used it with great success for my house.

I guess that he doesn't even know that Google Maps has 3D images.

Yes, I know Google maps can be seen in 2D and 3D, as can Google Earth.

I was not aware that Google Earth has historical image going back 20 years.  The historical images indicate that the B-7 pool was built before construction of B-4 began.  Images contemporaneous with B-4 construction indicate there is a large subsurface room  extending from B-4 to the property line.  This room extends north from about where the stairs between the kitchen and the penthouse are.  It may be a utilities room

When B-7 was built, there were no houses built on the street that is below the backyard of B-7.

No.  My guess is that it is a utilities room.  From conventional Google maps, there is a door from B-4 to the yard area that runs along the side of B-4 that is next to the pool-side of B-7.   My guess is that the main utilities room for B-4 is under the B-4 garage. because the meter boxes and street cutoff valves / switches are located on the sidewalk adjacent to the B-4 garage.  Both villas are walled and fenced at street level, so someone reading a meter would not need to enter the property itself.

The garages for both B-4 and B-7 are used for storage, office space.  The B-7 garage did have a refrigerator with Nelly and Bogdan's beer, wine, and there was also a couch or bed .  The B-4 garage has a sink, and with running water and drains,  possibly a toilet.

Bit of a clue in the listing as  to why they have used old photos.

Not to mention it's a sh*t tip that needs to be refurbished before being rented again, there are nicer properties in the area for less money too so offer 4k is you decide to move over.
