Financial situation of RLC is not good one bit. Letting go of tenants is a big indication of that. One year more i think of B2 and B4.

Then Xlife takes over. There was absolutely no justification of opening a second site while RLC was around.

RLC has a clear strategy.  They will divest of any condo/long term rentals in Barc.   It looks like they are trying to consolidate further east.   I am guessing that they do not want to own or pay for any residence.  I would also think that they are not paying for any place on xlife (cause if they are, then some of them are getting ripped off).  Likely they dont want to deal with landloards...etc. 

RLC is trying to gradually get rid of singles altogether in favour of couples.  Or permanent roomates.  It will be a losing strategy...couples are boring and roommates do thier shit away from cameras.  

Whatever...after almost 15 years of mostly continious subbing...I've been off for over three months.

Technically speaking the residents might still be at B7 but making arrangements to move.

So B7 is closing because all the residents have supposedly left the project, and yet some are still there.

I watched the replay, and before the B7 cameras disconnected, the closets in the different rooms weren't emptied.

 

If RLC were honest, they should have posted: B7 is closing because we wanted/had to close it, and we kicked all the residents out.

I dont think xlife will take over, its just a side project and not a good one.

B7 tenants have one week to move out (as usual)
B7 cams have been shut down because RLC doesn't want to or cannot pay them for this last week.

Yes they are all still there I think, at least Oceano as he is in b4 now. I think they just let them stay in b7 for some days.

Agree, the villas will soon be closed and the strategy will be shifted to couples and roommates and preferably staying away from rental, landlords etc.,

Unfortunately, we all know that communication is not the best part of RLC... towards us or towards participants... 😕 
But I agree, all things are easier with communication... except on CC 😡

There are some insanely decisions taken since then , when they find “ worthy “ tenants , they are mysteriously gone while other who really offer ZERO stay indefinitely . Very quick example that comes in mind , I can’t compare Eris , Lilith , Savaira , Chilli and even Karina ( that I like her as a girl but I find her a bit strange as a tenant ) , Dominga , nowadays Liora and Gelia , we got girls that either left after long time ( Brianna , Roxa ) or either are still tenants with some really “ partial “ memorable moments like Astra does . 
 

Let’s see where it all goes , Kaya’s departure in case it happens , will leave just a “ wild “ tenant in the villa ( Amirel ) , Azura is very selective and it is a pity because she’s fantastic regarding adult entertainment content that she can provide ( when she wishes ) . Eleonora is having a very “ quiet “ stay compared on what we have seen from her during her first stay . 

I agree with all of this and very well stated.....some of the girls you mentioned were favortites and I hated to see them go
