They are renting the apartment, not RLC.

You mean they rent from RLC or a private landlord. Do RLC even actually own any properties or do they just rent them. If they owned B4 and B7 that's some serious money

They rent from the Landlord, like everyone in XLife. Maybe now RLC compensate them for the rent. As far as I know, RLC owns nothing, all rented. 

I heard from Harley in her old apartment, the one that she shared with Zabava, that all the bills and the rent was in her name and RLC gave her the money to pay the bills, same thing about the current E&Z's apartment. This is what I find odd because heard from many tenants that the landlords in Barcelona are asking for the job contract or any other proof of income, making things hard for them.

Hmm..... that's interesting, thanks. There must also be some sort of contract between the private landlords and RLC saying it's OK to have voyeur cams in their properties, as that's got nothing to do with the RLC tenants paying the rent, it's all a bit confusing but most of it seems to make sense now.
