I agree there could be a major problem if she filled this outdoor bath to the top, The glass panel looks to be about 85 cm high. The vertical base , including the polished metal that supports the glass panel looks to be about 55-60 cm high. The total solid portion of the balcony, including the vertical base supporting the glass panel, is about of height as the total height of the glass panel. The balcony is as compact as to what the cam shows. If there was a collapse, the balcony would fall onto the balcony below. Most of the balconies have an overhead light installed in the base slab of the balcony above. This would hollow out some of the slab structure. I do not know how these balconies drain. Another advantage in her favor, is that the building was constructed recently, and seems to be well-constructed.. @Noldus you might want to inform IT about Aziza's outdoor bath, and have them caution her about not completely filling the bath with water.
