Those are feral hogs and like the ones here, they are greasy as hell and take about 3 days in the ground to get the interior cooked. Even splayed open like a an RLC girl, they took a long time. Cuban style, @SPYING 1 knows. Cuban pig roasts are some of the best parties you will ever go to. Or, used to be. Times change. My buddy is from Texas and used to bring smoked wild hog back that his BIL had cook up. That was some fine dinning
