With what we currently see , this isn’t a fact . Or perhaps her Barcelona apartment is rented now till a certain period and she can’t move in , perhaps she had a contract with RLC for a longer term but plans were scrapped . In any case , just to remind people here what we were discussing in the beginning when Kaya was many times away from the villa the first 2-3 weeks .

This is why I don't believe that they have a contract with a date set. Because if they do, when RLC wants to terminate the contract earlier, they have to pay a fine. Same case if the tenant wants to. They have a contract, this is fact, but without a time set.
