I guess not until the next paid tenant shows up. Or the current tenants tell them/her to go.

Christmas by the looks of it, she's putting things into the wardrobe like she aint going anywhere yet although it's just small things.

If they are letting her stay, why even take her name off?  So anything she does, is technically free.  😂

I'm guessing the difference is being and not being on the payroll.
