Medusa was using Karma's kitchen things that were stored in the kitchen, she never knew but Karma made it clear not to use her things and they never spoke again IIRC. 1

Yes wondering the same, as you noticed... I think she was invited as the 2 (3 with Chilli) others... She seems to be on her period, maybe not accurate for a bikini pool party 😛
