It was exactly the same when Paul was in Russia , in fact it was way way way more worse . Leora would get weekly next to her name the “ airplane sign “ , she would be on holidays 2 days per week for nearly a year . 
 

But then , Malia was covering the absence and everyone was quiet and not saying anything.
