It's kind of a math problem. There is only one female party animal in B4. The other girls might make an appearance but generally they are pretty restrained. 2

We also know they keep reapplying and RLC either accepts/rejects their application. That said, I am sure RLC may have made the calls to the likes of Chilli and Elvina who remain only guests but also Karma and Masshole to actually rejoin. I highly suspect the new participant will be a returnee too.

This is 'real life'. Yes I think they need to be more clear, cause some girls get kicked out after short stays for unknown reasons. I think Bogdan once said to a girl that she just had to be herself and act normal as if there was no cameras, or something like that. It was one of the few times where they forgot to put the cameras UM when the new girl checked in and Bogdan was going over the details with her in her room. Sharon was also kicked out after short stay, but she was also a bit strange so maybe they thought she didnt fit in.
