Is there anyone that actually works the site, or is it just some oligarch that sits at a desk counting his money for doing little or nothing.

I'm really a bit desperate because my subscription is good through February and I'd hate to have nothing. If anyone knows how to actually make contact with a human at RLC, I'd appreciate the information.

Check your Spam folder or browser password manager, otherwise ask @Noldus, he seems to get email responses

I did that and nothing there helped me at all. So I completely rebooted everything, including my connection. When I went back into the spam folder after the reboot, there was a message from RLC that told me what my password is (that had not been working before) and using it got me back into RLC. Interestingly, it doesn't work on my iPhone, but that is a minor irritant. The important thing was just getting into RLC on my computer.

Thanks for that heads up because you were definitely on track had I still been stumbling around.
