Perhaps RLC learned it's not a good idea to give returnees or girls in a fixed relationship the penthouse?... And who else should get the PH? Ellaya is almost just as new, Eleonora is often away and for some reason less active & more distant than she used to be, and Marilyn is a returnee (& mom) with a boyfriend, so possibly same prospects as Karma... The advantage of new girls getting the penthouse is that they might be less territorial about it, & especially the jacuzzi, allowing others to use it more often! 🙂 (and if they're smart, they should tell her she should!) 2
