I don't think any of the current tennants will last long. My theory is that these tennants are there for a short stay, just to bide time until RLC's villa lease runs out and, then, they will close down also the villa. It's just a guess, a prediction based on how the tennants behave. The kind of behaviour we see when tennants are about to leave. 3
