I think it's a basic rule of etiquette to offer your bed to the guest... just as It is for the guest to decline It if there are other options.

In addition, IMO there are plenty of common areas in the villa so she doesn't have to occupy someone's else bed and room during the day.

👍 Agreed. I hate bothering people and would be happy on any couch or under stairs even if a bed is available.
