Whilst both terms used are referring to a financial reward, they are not the same thing ...a finders fee is not a bonus ...so no facts or solid truth here.

🏆 You made finding that seem so easy.  🤣 I’ll eventually learn the ropes.
 
So @serg69  brought that up. 
I interpret the “if” to mean she may or may not get ‘bonus’ money based on terms the RLC decides, implying it is a thing. maybe serg can set me straight. 
Lets not debate financial reward vs finders-fee vs bonus, that’s would never end. 😄
