In the past, Marilyn referred her half sister (Madison) and a good friend (Florence). RLC keeps accepting more referrals from the same participants if the first ones proved that they were success to RLC. Marilyn herself was referred to RLC by Amalia. I don't think that Marilyn has any power. She is just a current/former participant.
