Yes, that is essentially what they said about Medusa, along with many other rather unsavory details that I don't feel comfortable recounting. Basically, what they discussed on this occasion aligns with the conversations between Savaira and Nix in B2. I’ve come to the conclusion that the alleged ban imposed by Marilyn—forbidding the B2 girls from coming to B4—was a story made up by Medusa (Massimo and Marilyn must have cleared this up off-camera, given that the subject never came up again). According to Marilyn and Massimo, these fabrications by Medusa are a result of her addiction.
The conversation actually came up by chance, following on from other topics: they talked about the gym and workouts; they discussed (and made fun of Ellaya) the night Marilyn and Valeya caught Ellaya having sex with her female friend; they spoke about Marilyn’s decision to get married and the fact that, having lived in Spain for seven (or nine) years, she would be eligible for a Spanish passport; I don't recall any other topics.

P.S.: I am not a native Spanish speaker (I am Italian), but I understand Spanish quite well—especially when spoken by non-native speakers and when there is no music interfering with listening.

They started talking about this and that, nothing special. The only interesting part was when they were talking about Dayana's bf, who had a lot of surgery on his face. nose, lips, chin... everything. Marilyn said he looks like a robot, too perfect. 😄

Then they were talking about the next spanish elections and Massimo trashed the current Prime Minister. Fuck! Pedro Sánchez is destroying the whole country. Think of the worst polititian in your country: Pedro Sánchez is three times worse, at the very least 😑

Almost at the end they started with Medusa: apparently she seems to be heavily hooked on drugs. She lies to everyone and makes up events that never happened. 

They also commented the episode when she was in b2 (around a month ago) with a magrebian friend and she proposed him to make a show with Nix that he rejected. She claimed that she wanted to do it just to earn more more money. 

Massimo is very angry with her because she told Nix that he gave her cocaine, wich is false acording Massimo.

The last bit is about when Savaira told him yesterday that she left b2 without saying goodbye.

Pretty much is all i understood

Yes, I can also confirm the bit about Dayana’s boyfriend—who had his face completely redone (though I didn’t realize at the time who they were talking about)—and Massimo’s take on the political situation in Spain and on Sánchez.
