I believe the mind, soul, and body must become one. Three triangles. A pyramid. The foundation of the world. When they vibrate in harmony, you begin to understand the meaning of true love. Love yourself, and you’ll love the world. Love the world, and it will love you back. It’s not magic. It’s a law of life. 💪

I faced my fears. Accepted them. Understood them. Fear, pain, and resentment are all part of the journey to the top. I chose my own path.
