She did pull Nora into the secret room to tell her something when they were all talking in the hall upstairs but then came back out and was fine. Kami also took Nora into the secret bathroom upstairs. I saw it on the secret camera there. She was showing her a secret brochure. Maybe she is secretly moving, going on secret vacation or has a secret job opportunity. I hope I didn't leak too much information. 8) I'll keep the secret of your secret secret a secret.
