She seems to know a few on RLC from what I've seen, so who knows ...and yes it would be absolutely great to see her back again, guest or participant.

This is why Massimo is a great RLC tenant. If RLC were smart, they should pay him and work out a plan to bring some of his friend group as tenants. He should have some control on who comes into the Villa

B4 communal Crimbo Tree can normally be seen from cams 1-1 and 1-2 in the reflection when the LR doors are partially or fully closed. I am certain the tree one year was on cam 1-2 in the corner where B7 walkway can be seen through the window to the right of the elevator. 

Also didn't Neyt have one in the PHS last Crimbo, or was that the year before with someone else in the PHS?
