Not only did she openly admit to everything she did with Ivo, but when he came in with Dizi while they were in the bedroom, everybody clearly heard her screaming. Phil knew from the very beginning what was going on in there and didn't get upset about it at all. So it is because of all of this that I do not think you can say she cheated on him.
