Issues with RLC signup

Hello

 

 I live in US, and I am trying to sign up for RLC - Segpay and other site won't take my credit card. I tried using different ones but doesn't work. So, does RLC pay work in US? how do I signup? 

I used paypal to sign up for voyuer-villa but RLC doesn't give that option. Please help

When I signed up, I used segpay and didn't have any issues.  I also live in the US.

I would say your best bet would be contact RLC support from their site and they would be able to assist you with anything with signing up if you are unable to do it manually through their system or Pay Servers.
