Recently on some of the latest videos in the attatchment center ot takes me to this following message Sorry, there is a problem The page you are trying to access is not available for your account. Admin Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 If the file has an envelope icon as highlighted in the picture below it means that it was sent in a private conversation (Personal Message), and you won't be able to see it unless you were included in the initial conversation. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
