Kaplan - what do you use to convert your files to .avi and then split them to the right size for direct uploading to CC? I only have .flv files (and a huge amount of them which I have stored up over the past few months). I want to upload them all but would rather do it directly to CC than use external sites (at present I am using Putlocker because Mediafire keeps stalling). I need a quick and easy method of converting and splitting.
